Let’s talk about a total pinch-me moment.
There are moments in this job that feel surreal – in the best way. This is one of them.
We’re absolutely thrilled (okay, maybe screaming internally just a little) to share that Nicole Anna Events has been featured in The Wedding Ring Magazine – not once, but three times across two consecutive issues. Our very first publications!
To have three of our weddings featured is such an honour. Each one reflects exactly what we value most: weddings that are deeply personal, full of meaning, and 100% true to our couples. They weren’t all the same size or style, but they all had soul – and we were so proud to help bring each vision to life.
Fall/Winter 2024 Issue Features
Berkeley & Majeed – Cottonwood Mansion, Selkirk ON
A tented celebration on the lawn of a historic mansion in Southern Ontario. The forecast was supposed to be clear, but the skies had other plans – we were hit with an unexpected downpour that stopped us in our tracks. And then, right after the storm? A magical rainbow arched over the whole property. It was breathtaking.

I worked closely with Berkley on her design vision, created all of their printed pieces, and helped pull the little details together. It was elegant, emotional, and full of joy.
As Berkeley shared in the feature: “Our day was filled with so many meaningful and unforgettable moments. From the heartfelt vows to the laughter and joy shared with loved ones, every detail came together beautifully to create a celebration that truly reflected our love story.”

Taylor & Eric – Tent on Private Property, Port Dover ON
Hosted on the bride’s parents’ lakeside property on the shores of Lake Erie, this tent wedding was all about guest experience and effortless romance. Taylor and Eric poured so much of themselves into curating every element, and I supported them behind the scenes to make sure it all flowed seamlessly.
As Taylor shared in the article: “Our vision came to life perfectly and the day went off without a hitch. It was the most magical day filled with so much love and happiness.”
And it truly was – from sunset views to a dance floor that was packed all night long. We had to work hard to get guests off the floor and onto the shuttles at the end of the night (they just didn’t want it to end!).

Spring/Summer 2025 Issue Feature
Zoe & Jermaine – Church Ceremony + Sassafraz, Toronto ON
This one was special from the start. Zoe came to me with a bold idea: no flowers, lots of deep greens, golds, and a wintery, romantic mood. We designed every detail around that vision – and watching her jump with joy during the room reveal shouting, “It looks exactly like the design board, Nicole!” is a moment I’ll never forget.
From the ceremony in their family church to the elegant downtown Toronto reception (and those iconic Yorkville shots – yes, especially the one in front of Christian Dior), this wedding was full of intention, faith, and love. I left the venue that night smiling, chatting with one of the vendors as we loaded out, just soaking in how perfectly it all came together.

Why This Means So Much
These were not cookie-cutter weddings. They weren’t always easy. They came with real weather, real timelines, and real challenges – but they also came with real joy, real vision, and real love.
Each of these couples had a clear idea of what they wanted, and I’m so grateful I could help bring it to life. Seeing their weddings featured in print tells me that authenticity does shine through. Your day doesn’t have to be the most extravagant to be the most memorable. It just has to be yours.
A Moment of Gratitude
To The Wedding Ring Magazine, thank you for spotlighting these heartfelt celebrations.
To the incredible vendors I worked alongside – thank you for saying “yes” to bold ideas and going the extra mile.
And to my couples: I’ll never stop being proud of what you created. I miss our planning chats, but my heart is so full knowing how beautiful your day truly was.
Time to do a little happy dance over here. 🥂
